What data we collect and what we use it for

This site measures visits to learn what works and what does not. Here is what gets recorded and how to ask us to delete it.

Who is responsible

Kaizen Marketing, based in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to contacto@kaizenmarketing.tech.

What we record when you visit the site

That information does not tell us your name or your email. It shows us how many people visit and which parts of the site get used.

Which tools we use

We use Google Analytics for visit statistics and the Meta pixel to measure our campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Both store cookies in your browser, and Google and Meta process that data under their own privacy policies.

What data you give us

If you book a meeting, write to us or call us, we receive whatever you share: name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your company. Bookings are made through a Google calendar. We use that data to reply and to arrange the meeting. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties.

If you message us on WhatsApp

When you message Kaizen on WhatsApp (+54 261 707-9630), we store:

We use them to reply to you, to avoid asking you the same thing twice and to follow up on your inquiry or on our work with your company. We use an artificial intelligence assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) that reads the conversation and suggests a draft reply. A member of our team reviews it before it is sent. The assistant only talks about Kaizen and never starts conversations.

Messages reach us through WhatsApp, by Meta, and are stored on our infrastructure providers' servers. Only the Kaizen team has access. We keep them while we have a business relationship with you and for up to two years after the last message, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. To do so, message us on the same WhatsApp number or write to contacto@kaizenmarketing.tech.

How to avoid cookies

You can block or delete them from your browser settings. The site works the same without them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, or to have it corrected or deleted. Write to contacto@kaizenmarketing.tech and we will reply within the time limits set by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326). Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest.

Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to hear complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we measure or the tools we use, we will update it here. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
